I’ve had to spend a lot of time thinking about this statement. Did the writer really mean that the Lord regretted a decision that he had made? ’cause, doesn’t God already know how things are gonna turn out?

Maybe cause of the Decisions Saul made. Saul made poor choices for his destiny? Just another thought.
